Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

All items in our shop are handmade and created to order. Many of our products are personalized through engraving, custom design work, and 3D printing. Each item is individually produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there has been an error on our part.

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that your item is a custom-made product manufactured specifically for you and is therefore exempt from standard return and exchange policies.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom or personalized orders.
Engraved products.
Made-to-order items.
3D printed products.
Handmade products created to customer specifications.
Incorrect information provided by the customer.
Buyer remorse or change of mind.
Orders placed in error.
Color, texture, or finish variations that are normal characteristics of handmade and 3D printed products.

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted with an order is correct, including:

Names
Initials
Dates
Personal messages
Addresses
Design selections
Custom requests

We are not responsible for errors resulting from information supplied by the customer.

If a design proof is provided, approval confirms that all details have been checked and accepted by the customer.

Handmade & 3D Printed Characteristics

Our products are individually handcrafted and manufactured using 3D printing technology. As a result, slight variations may occur between items.

These characteristics are normal and not considered defects:

Minor layer lines from the 3D printing process.
Small variations in finish or texture.
Slight differences between handmade pieces.
Natural material variations where applicable.
Minor dimensional tolerances inherent to the manufacturing process.

These variations contribute to the unique nature of handmade products.

If We Make a Mistake

If we make an error in production, engraving, personalization, or ship the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the problem.

If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

A replacement item.
Repair of the item.
A partial or full refund.
Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

The item.
The packaging.
The shipping label.

Claims submitted without photographs may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production, design work, engraving, or printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
