Please make sure the quantity purchased matches the number of names supplied.
If you provide additional names, we'll arrange a separate listing for the extras. If fewer names are received than ordered, any remaining pieces will be left blank.
Processing
Every order is made to order and typically dispatched within 5 working days. During busy periods, production may take a little longer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I receive a proof before production?
We don't send digital proofs. Your order is produced using the font selected and personalised exactly as provided, following the style shown in our photographs.
Can you make custom designs?
Yes. Since every design is created by us, we're happy to discuss bespoke requests including alternative fonts, shapes or layouts. Just send us a message for more information.
How are the place names finished?
The front of every piece is cleaned before packing to remove laser residue and provide a neat appearance. Because these are laser-cut wooden products, light marks may still be visible on the reverse.
Can both sides be engraved?
At present, engraving is available on the front side only.

All items in our shop are handmade and created to order. Many of our products are personalized through engraving, custom design work, and 3D printing. Each item is individually produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.
Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there has been an error on our part.
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that your item is a custom-made product manufactured specifically for you and is therefore exempt from standard return and exchange policies.

If a design proof is provided, approval confirms that all details have been checked and accepted by the customer.
Handmade & 3D Printed Characteristics
Our products are individually handcrafted and manufactured using 3D printing technology. As a result, slight variations may occur between items.
These characteristics are normal and not considered defects:
Minor layer lines from the 3D printing process.
Small variations in finish or texture.
Slight differences between handmade pieces.
Natural material variations where applicable.
Minor dimensional tolerances inherent to the manufacturing process.
These variations contribute to the unique nature of handmade products.
If We Make a Mistake
If we make an error in production, engraving, personalization, or ship the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photographs showing the problem.
If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
A replacement item.

Damaged Orders
