1 Provide your personalised details in the personalisation box:

Preferred font
With a hole or without a hole
(If ordering a large quantity, you are welcome to send names via Etsy message.)
✔ Select your quantity:
If you need a specific number of place names (for example 67), please select 60 and add to basket, then select 7 and 10 and add to basket.
Please ensure the number of names matches the quantity ordered.
If more names are provided than purchased, we will create a custom listing for the additional names.
If fewer names are provided, the remaining quantity will be sent blank.

We allow up to 7 working days to create your order (this may be longer during busy periods) plus shipping time.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Products
All items in our shop are handmade and created to order. Many of our products are personalized through engraving, custom design work, and 3D printing. Each item is individually produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.
Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there has been an error on our part.
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that your item is a custom-made product manufactured specifically for you and is therefore exempt from standard return and exchange policies.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Custom or personalized orders.
Engraved products.
Made-to-order items.
3D printed products.
Handmade products created to customer specifications.
Incorrect information provided by the customer.
Buyer remorse or change of mind.
Orders placed in error.
Color, texture, or finish variations that are normal characteristics of handmade and 3D printed products.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from information supplied by the customer.
If a design proof is provided, approval confirms that all details have been checked and accepted by the customer.
Handmade & 3D Printed Characteristics
Our products are individually handcrafted and manufactured using 3D printing technology. As a result, slight variations may occur between items.
These characteristics are normal and not considered defects:
Minor layer lines from the 3D printing process.
Small variations in finish or texture.
Slight differences between handmade pieces.
Natural material variations where applicable.
Minor dimensional tolerances inherent to the manufacturing process.
These variations contribute to the unique nature of handmade products.
If We Make a Mistake
If we make an error in production, engraving, personalization, or ship the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the problem.
If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
A replacement item.
Repair of the item.
A partial or full refund.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

The packaging.
The shipping label.
Claims submitted without photographs may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations

Once production, design work, engraving, or printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
